Ruckus Switch

My Ruckus Switch isn’t working after the power plug got unplugged . I plugged it back on the the switch never came back on. Just showed a green light for PWR and yellow light SYST. I tried resetting the switch to factory setting and all yellow lights just keep flashing and it’s been 3 hours already.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with RUCKUS Switch with Amber SYST light.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the troubleshooting process.

If it is continuously flashing unplug and please try to hard reset multiple times as described in the article. If that doesn't work the step would be performing a Software recovery of the Switch.

I’m doing the hard reset how long does the lights keep blinking amber for? Does the internet cable need to be connected for the hard reset or unplug evall the ports out?

Thank you for the response.

If the Switch blinks continuously, please repeat the same process.

Remove all the ethernet cables from the Switch and perform the hard reset.

If hard reset doesn't work please perform software recovery as described in the same above article.

I have tried resetting the switch and it’s not working I can’t do a software reset cause I don’t hav a computer or laptop
