RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P stopped working and no status LEDs are on and PoE is off.
After the factory reset LEDs kept blinking forever
This unit is from a 2018, Lennar home, with SN FEK3822Q541

Thank you for the detailed information you shared,
As per the case description, I could understand that your ICX-7150-C12P switch is not working with flashing amber lights.
Please remove all other cables and try to reset as described below.
First, we will try to reset the Switch as described below:
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

IF RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF RESET DOESN’T WORK: Please follow the below steps.
If the reset does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.

Tried resetting the device and the status LEDs kept blinking forever(more than 3 hours). How to perform Software recovery using Macbook Pro? Could you please provide the documentation

It worked with the firmware restore option. The following needs to be improved with better presentation. It would be helpful if you have to restore documentation for Macbook Pro(2015 and M1 Pro)
