RS510 not lighting up, not working at all

I have 2 RS510 one upstairs and one downstairs.  The one upstairs is dead as a doorknob......  no lights at all.  Heard these have a lifetime warranty.  So how do I get this replace.  Also can't log into the Ruckus unleased app, even upgraded the app and it still doesn't work.  You all want to buy this crap back?  I am yanking the entire system and putting something else in place that works.  This is *&((^^%*))W@ that we can't speak with someone and get this worked out.
