Hello, 

I recently purchased a Lennar home. The previous owners left behind the equipment. I am able to get the switch on but the 2 R510 aren’t turning on. I tried to reset the switch and the board lights up with amber lights and that’s all that happens.

Hi, sorry for the delay. When the switch is plugged in, there is an amber and green showing. I’ll provide photos.

Thank you for the response.

From the response shared, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.

Hello, I am still having trouble with the switch. I attempted the first step on the previous directions that were provided. I can not attempt the second step of the directions, since I don’t have a Ethernet cable slot on my laptop.
