Issue with 7150 ICX switch

Hi,

I am having an issue with my ICX switch. I recently got an updated router from my internet provider. I am having issues configuring the ICX switch and the access points. Prior to installing the new router, we had several power outages. This caused the ruckus to stop working. After reseting the ICX switch and the access points to the factory settings, it is clear that the ICX switch is unable to receive an internet connection from the router. Is it possible that the switch needs to be replaced? Is there a way to configure the ICX switch and access point to use the new router?
