We had a power outage two weeks ago. First both our R510 didn’t power back up after the power went back on. We performed a power cycle of the ATT main router and the main Ruckus router. The power for both AP then finally turned back on. We get internet from the APs but it is unreliable. Sometimes even our main wifi breaks connectivity on its own. Our wifi performance overall have been degraded. I also cannot connect to the unleash application nor can I log in on the default IP for both Ruckus AP. When I log in to my ATT router, I see the list of equipment that uses/used our WiFi and Ruckus Unleash show “off”. I’ve read that firmware update for the AP should fix this, but I would need to log in to the default IP for the AP which I cannot do. Some suggest that I should try factory resetting. Will this really fix my problem? Is there a specific version of the Ruckus Unleash iOS app that I will also require? Please advice.

I understand your concern with the complexity of the Ruckus Switch configuration. It’s true that network equipment can sometimes be challenging, especially for those who are not deeply familiar with the technology. User-friendly interfaces are definitely something that could improve the experience. We appreciate your feedback on this.
I am glad that the SPR issue is resolved as of now.
However, I also understand that you are unable to login to the AP. Could you please confirm if you are able to login to the AP using the web browser or through the Unleashed app?
Also, please share the screenshot of the page where you are getting stuck or getting any error message.
Please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below to login to the Ap using browser or through app.
Please follow the steps and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi Pinky,
Yes, I still cannot log in to my AP. I get the following prompt below when trying to log in on the app via my iPhone. I tried all the combination above that you listed and none worked. I tried the default that is on the AP, and also does not work. When I try to log in via the web browser on my laptop, the "unleashed.ruckuswireless.com" cannot be reached. I try logging to the AP IP, and I get the same notification that it cannot be reached.
When I click "yes" under Setting option, there's essentially no configuration option. Just provides option setting for "Location", "Local Network", "Siri & Search", "Notification", "Background App Refresh', and "Cellular Data".
I read something about needed to updated the firmware for the AP, and but I would need to log in to the AP, which I cannot do right now.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.
Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
You should see the below-unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in.

Apologies for the delay. After making sure I'm using the ruckus wifi, I was able to access the log in page https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/
I couldnt log in with my old password or any of the default. I tried "super" for user, and "sp-admin" for password as written at the back of the AP and that also did not work.
Please help.
