R510 and Ruckus 7150 showing internet connection down intermittently

I am having an issue where my internet is super slow and keeps showing internet connection down. I was able to serial in using putty to show version and show flash. I reloaded it with the Switch vs Route version shown in another thread. Problem is, it still isn't working properly and showing internet connection down intermittently and then not having fast speeds at all. 30 mb/s max. The version is in switch mode, but I can't seem to find the problem.
