My Lennar home was build 4 years ago. It was installed with r510 WAPs (2 - one on each floor). About 4 months ago I started seeing all kinds of weird Wifi issues where my 5G would randomly drop (orange light on the WAP). I've spent the last four months troubleshooting this issue without success.
The r510's are hardwired to the Ruckus Switch, which is connected to the Router. I've replaced the Router. I've upgraded the software on both WAP's. Still nothing has worked. There appears to be a long history of the r510's wifi dropping randomly based on a basic Google search. Anybody know how to fix this?

Hi @Nstars07
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the confirmation.
We suggest upgrading your switch to the latest stable version to avoid these issues. Your Switch is on an older version that is 08070c (Please refer to the below screenshot). Please refer to the below process to Upgrade your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
Please follow the below steps explaining the Upgrade process.
The recommended stable version is 8095g (08.0.95g)
The Upgrade path would be: 08080d (your current version)>>8080f>>8095g
(PLEASE NOTE: Use 08095g patch in place of 8095h as explained in the guide)
Your Upgrade folder should contain these 3 files shown in the below screenshot: (Refer the guide link for more information)
Below are the options or methods to perform the Upgrade on the switch: You could choose any one of these.
1st Option:
1. In this option, we will use a pen drive or USB flash drive in which we move the files to the pen drive and connect it to the Switch then through CLI we execute the commands to upgrade the Switch using the following guide as a reference:
How to Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive
2nd Option:
2. The following guide is an example of an upgrade via TFTP server, by using an application (FREE) to send files or upload remote files to a device, in our case, we will use it to update a new version to the Switch, basically it will send the image version remotely from the computer to the switch.
How to upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP
3rd Option:
3. In this option we Upgrade the Switch from the Web Interface (GUI) of switch.
Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.
https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)
As you can access CLI, I would suggest you follow the 2nd option.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

For 08.0.95 there are several options:
G from 5-19-22
H from 9-02-22
J from 06-16-23
and K from 06-16-23.
Should I only upgrade to G? Or should have upgrade to K? And do I need to install G, then H then J and then K if I do for an upgrade path?

In the Copy files upgrade portion it can't find the file. Is that because we copied in MNZ10114.bin to our Upgrade folder but farther down in the COPY instructions they suggest typing SPZ10114.bin for the file name? Which one is correct?
