When connected using the RUCKUS WAP equipment (mobile/computer), the Internet does not work. The lights are orange - green - no light - green - green (left to right) in the WAP. How to troubleshoot?

Ok , connect any device to the ruckus switch via ethernet cable just to see if the problem is the WAPs or the ruckus switch.
This to see if there is internet from the Switch or if the connection works correctly, since the Access Points are connected to the Switch ICX 7150-c12p
