R510 'This page isn't working right now.'

When I open the Ruckus login page and enter my username and password, I get 'This page isn't working right now'. Along with, '192.168.1.81 didn’t send any data.' Neither appear to be a reference to an incorrect username or password. I tried the admin login information I had written down that the Amazon tech gave me and other combinations and got the same page. So, what gives?

Encountering the "This page isn't working right now" error on the R510 device is frustrating. directv packages This message typically indicates a temporary issue with the website or server.
