Hello
After a power outage 1 of 3 APs are offline. I have reset with no luck.

We need a Laptop/PC to troubleshoot the issue. I would suggest arranging a Laptop and we will assist you with the Switch upgrade.
However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.

Still having the same issue I had in the very beginning. No AP’s are working properly and because I don’t have a Windows computer I have to live with subpar internet service that I still pay full price for.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
As this is a simple issue which can be fixed from CLI. You can try to install Putty application on Android device if you have and try to access Switch CLI.
