POE Ethernet port light is green. PWR light on the front panel stays red. Unleashed app shows the AP as offline. I have tried unplugging the POE and plugging it back in with no success. I have also tried holding the reset button (45 seconds) using the handle loop wire that came in the box - PWR light continued to persist as red. I removed the AP and tried a different direct POE Ethernet cable with no success. Do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please share a PICTURE showing the Access Point with its light status connected to a 12 VDC external power adapter with a working power outlet? (Please refer to the below picture as an example)
Please note: The below picture is just an example connected to a working power outlet with a RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. Please use the Access Point in your picture in place of the Switch.
Please help me with the above query and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for the response and the information.
I see from the pictures, your Access Point is not connected to the external power adapter. Please unmount the Access Point from the ceiling and connect it with an 12 VDC external adapter. (Please refer to the below pictures and process)
