Loss power to my 3 ruckus APs during a power outage. Currently no lights on any of my access points. How do I restore power, and then connection?

Since I don't have a computer I was unable to resolve the issue. The box is fried and I need to find another mesh service.

Please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
