Power outage caused ICX 7150 to get stuck in boot mode
 
 
ive tried hard reset and software recovery and nothing works 
 
switch has power system light is amber no poe lights or signal coming out of any of the 12 ports

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode. 

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.

Also, I understand that you have followed the steps online and still stuck in boot      

May I please know if you have performed reset on Switch multiple times and if the reset still doesn’t work, could you please mention the point where you are getting stuck during Software recovery?

If you could share screenshot, we could look into the matter and assist you accordingly.

Thank you for your response,
I am stuck in putty with the command window open but a cursor that doesn’t blink, can’t click onto it and can’t type in the putty command screen .
Attached is photo 
Please help

Also , I get this error when I try to re-do putty and open I get this

Thank you for the response and sharing the pictures.

I understand that you are unable to type anything in the Putty and getting error that the access is denied.

Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Could you please restart the laptop after installing the drivers and check the COM port details in the Device Manger from the Control Panel?

 

COM port details should be with the silicon lab name in the device manager.

thank you. i followed your directions, ive gotten further. but stuck again, pls help attached photos not alive in ping test
