I am looking for some advice and assistance with my Ruckus ICX-7150-CP12 switch. After a recent power outage, the PoE function did not come back online when router and switch rebooted. Both the power and system lights are solid green, but no ports are providing PoE. I have read dozens of different posts on this forum and none seem to completely diagnose my scenario. I downloaded Putty and connected to the switch; I pulled the following information based on some instructions I saw in other posts:

I have power cycled, disconnected cables, reconnected cables and nothing has restored PoE function. One of my neighbors experienced a similar problem after the power outage. He was able to restore PoE by doing a manual factory reset. I have since tried doing that following the instructions on this forum, and my switch will seemingly not reset. I disconnect the plug from outlet, wait a moment, insert paperclip into reset port until I feel the button click, depress the button while plugging the cord into power, continue holding button while waiting for amber lights to flash... but no amber lights flash after 20-30 seconds. I have tried that 3 times. Am I doing it wrong? Any thoughts or ideas on how I proceed from here would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @SG11
Thanks for the details provided, I can see the PoE is disabled, so will be matter to enable it back, now I will advise when you have time upgrade the switch to the code 08095g, let me add the steps to enable back PoE and save the changes.
Enabling PoE:
Lennar#configure terminal
Lennar(config)#interface ethernet 1/1/1 to 1/1/12
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#inline power
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#write memory
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#show inline power
Here you can see that the admin state is on, because I have enabled it back.
Here are two options to perform the upgrade to the recommended code 08095, take in consideration that like you are in an old code, the upgrade must be done twice from where you are 08061 to 08080f then from 08080f to 08095 UFI, and you will always use the image that start with SPS

Thanks for the quick response. I will try to re-enable PoE following your instructions. I will attempt to upgrade the code once I get everything functioning again. I will let you know if I have trouble.

This is what I got when I attempted your instructions; it looks like it failed to reallocate power to ports. Any suggestions?:

Hi @SG11
Please, disconnect from the ports the devices that required PoE and connect it back one by one, if the issues persist, please upgrade to the code at lease 08080f.
