Power went out. PoE has failed. I have an email from Lennar that the switch might need to be replaced with instructions on how to do so. Followed the instructions. I am now here.
I hard reset. I tried to go through the tutorials. Not tech savvy enough.

Is there a step by step ruckus tutorial for MAC ? This is someone taking about a cisco.

Please connect the software recovery cables between the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and laptop. Follow the MAC steps already shared in my previous post video.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I was unable to get the process started. Nothing happens when I plug it in. Is this a one time fix forever or will this happen when the power goes out?
