Packet Loss

Hello, 

I am gaming on a playstation 5 which uses the 5g frequency for our wifi, often times I will get packet loss that happens every 30 seconds or so where my ping goes from 20 to 150 or so. This happens on any game. And it definitely happens after I just upgraded my aps. 

Anyone know a good way to fix this? Should I restart my aps and everything connected to them?
