PS5, Phones, TV, Computers not staying connected to network

WiFi Network shows up fine and works with Speed Test.  Everything will connect but then shows failed or errors.  I got a DNS server error on my PS5.  Phones and everything else don’t show an error but won’t access internet, download, nothing.  I messed with the IP address a while ago using directions from another thread and it didn’t work.  I’m not computer savvy enough to do the software recovery.  Need help.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering intermittent internet connectivity.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

This issue may be a Routing Code (SPR) issue (Refer to the screenshot below) on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch due to a power outage.

As your RUCKUS Switch is on an older non-UDI 08090d version. We recommend upgrading your Switch to a recommended version. Regarding the Switch upgrade process, we recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.

To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.
