Not able to see Configure me after factory reset - Lennar homes

Hi,

I am new owner of lennar homes and previous owner was using the ruckus setup. I followed the factory reset steps but still not getting the CONFIGURE.ME XXXX wifi option. Can you help me to setup?

Hi, Can you confirm all Access points and ethernet cable are connected to those 12 points? I tried to do that but still not seeing my system name.

Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

I see from the pictures you shared, as per the light status the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and R510 Access Point are in normal condition with the correct ethernet connections on the Switch.

You should be able to see the RUCKUS Access Points Wi-Fi network on any wireless connecting devices. You can check your Wi-Fi network name and details in Wi-Fi networks details on Unleashed. (Please refer to the below screenshot)

On the Access Points, if 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G radio the lights turn green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.

I am not able to see the network name that i created in wifi network and i am not able to login into admin page as i am not connected to unleashed network.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/  then check for the created Wi-Fi Network information as described in my previous post.

Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
