I need help resetting username and password.

From the case description, I could understand that you need assistance in resetting the RUCKUS Username and Password.

Could you please let me know if you are trying to reset the credentials for RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch Or RUCKUS R510 Access Point’s Unleashed system?

And do you know the current credentials?

Thanks for the case update and apologies for the minimal details. I have RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P. I have access to the ruckus wifi networks, but forgot my username and password to the unleashed app to manage the ruckus router. How can I reset my unleashed credentials?

Could you please try to access Unleashed on a web browser using the default credentials provided in the below guide?
