I recently changed my Ruckus device and switched my network provider from CenturyLink to Xfinity. Since then, I’ve been unable to connect to the Ruckus device using PuTTY.
The Switch IP address is showing as 10.0.0.114. When I use it in the Telnet Host name, it does not allow me to open PuTTY.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

My Internet provider asked me to change the router. I will change and give you the update by next week. Thanks.
