I recently changed my Ruckus device and switched my network provider from CenturyLink to Xfinity. Since then, I’ve been unable to connect to the Ruckus device using PuTTY.
The Switch IP address is showing as 10.0.0.114. When I use it in the Telnet Host name, it does not allow me to open PuTTY.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

From the case description, I understand that you are unable to access the putty using the Switch Ip address
Could you please use the same IP address to login to the web browser and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard?
You should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.
Please let us know if you are able to access the dashboard with the obtained IP address.

I would request you to please perform .an IP scan and share the screenshot of the results.
Also, please use the IP address to login to the browser and share the screenshot of the error message..
