No power to access point/home network name not correct

I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

May I please request, if you could use a Windows laptop for the upgrade process. That will be quicker and easier.

If I had that option I would but I do not have windows products. Is there not a mac friendly version or option?

You can try the below process to configure TFTP on MAC.

Please refer to the video below for TFTP configuration on MAC.

If the above process doesn’t work we may need a Windows laptop/PC. If you continue to have difficulty arranging the same, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.

Hi @Imran_ruckus:

I am having issues with the 'copy tftp: flash:' command. I keep getting 

Invalid input -> copy tftp: flash

I have been researching to see what could be causing this issue. Do you know what this could be? I am not able to ssh so I am using telnet port 23.
