No power to access point/home network name not correct

I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Make sure the management approval is enabled, as described in the below link.

If it is already enabled, please reboot (Unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch once and check if Switch gets listed in the Unleashed system.

The provided link does not work so I reboot the switch and it caused more issues. The downstairs access point went back down so I had to go back through the steps using the command link. Turns out there are two bad ports as the cable was not being powered on with the two ports I put the cable in. It is now on after moving to a 3rd location. What is the cause of this? Could you provide another link to add the switch to the unleashed ruckus dashboard?
