No power to Ruckus Switch (ICX7150-C12P)

All of a sudden there is no power to the Ruckus swtich and all devices connected to it stopped working. I tried connecting to other power points. Did not work. Tried reseting as per manual, still did not work. I have raised  a case and  support team asked me to post it here. Pls support. Pls let me know if you need more information.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering on. When connected to a known, working power outlet, the LEDs remain off, indicating no signs of activity. Despite confirming that the switch is properly plugged into a reliable power source, the issue persists.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

Hi Team,

I have received the replacement unit but it looks defective. Covers are loose and started making some noise when connected to the power. Post that it stopped making sound and light came on. One Green and one yellow. But it does not work when I connect the network cables at the ethernet ports. Neither the doorbell nor access point works. Please let me know on the next step.
