No power to ICX 7150

Hi.  Reading the other similar post I believe my ICX7150 is not powering up as well.  When plugged into a reliable power source the front lights of the switch will momentarily flash then disappear.  When the status button is pressed no lights will turn on.  I am trying to upload a video to here but it says I do not have permission.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark and you tried hard reset. You confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Hi Imran,

I started the chat with the virtual agent "fetch". They took my contact information and address and started a claim.  When I post the link as you suggested, it simply states I am not putting in the information they are requesting at the moment (i.e. shipping or contact info).  I got a follow up message saying help for lennar homes is no longer provided since 2022 and tells me to post here for assistance.  Am I missing something?
