I have been on the forums and have troubleshooted everything. Nothing works. This has been happening for some time and I'm without internet. I have household things that aren't workiing. How can I get a new Ruckus box to replace the one that I have that isn't working?
To find out the root cause of the issue we need to check the LED status of the switch and the access points. So please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections to check whether the cables are connected properly.
