Hi Imran....thanks for responding. The Ruckus is way over specified for the job that we need. I can't understand why Lennar installed a $300 device. We are simply using it to power an Access Point that needs POE (Power over ethernet). So for $40 Amazon delivered the TP-Link TL-SG1005P with four POE switches. It's plug and play, powered the access point, problem solved. Many thanks for picking up on this issue.

Hi @WJFrancis

Thank you for your response and the update.

I’m glad to hear that the Access Points are working with your new device.

However, I would like to inform you that if your RUCKUS Switch is confirmed to be non-functional, we can proceed with a replacement. To move forward, please upload a video of the switch to the Google Drive link I shared in one of my previous responses.

Once the video is submitted, we will verify and initiate the replacement process.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
