No connection to my r510 unleashed APs

I have two Ap but only reset one r510 APs and set everything up including a ssid and password but for some reason I still cant get wireless connection. I went and connected it to the main moteum and that worked perfectly but when I tried to connect it to the ruckus motem that sends the signal to the APS I could not get any signal via Ethernet. Annythign that im missing here?

Ok so I connected this although now when I log into the unleashed ruckus it shows my two APs are connected but it says that there is no internet connection and the switch is not showing up either

I was out of town I couldnt reply to this message is it wasnt allowing me to how can you close this case when this is the only way of customer service for Ruckus
