New homeowner trying to reset access points

Hello, I purchased my home (built in 2020) from the original owner who had Ruckus set up by installers. They did not leave me any instructions and I am trying to factory reset and reset my 2 access points upstairs & downstairs. The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are both solid orange.
