New WiFi service

I have a new router with a different speed and wanted to update my ruckus with the new WiFi information but we have been unsuccessful. Is there a way to do that so the extender can launch all throughout the house?

Hello @Mogonzalez80 ,

Thank you for your response.

Based on the information you provided, I understand that the image represents the flow of Wi-Fi connectivity. It indicates Failure of 802.11 auth process for your created Wi-Fi network via RUCKUS AP, it is unable to connect to a specific device where the SSID was configured.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to create new Wireless network with Unleashed

The JayMoGon Access point is not based on the new WiFi router and it’s IP address so not sure how I can replace it with the Router to extend to the 2nd floor of my house with 0 glitches on the devices used upstairs. It does pick up Gonvilla5 which is now the Master but how can I have all things linked to the new WiFi? Also I’m unable to update the system name

I am very frustrated with this whole process and I’m not getting immediate responses and have been trying to Google things along the way but now I just don’t know because I created an SSID and did all of that successfully but when it comes to the access points I just don’t know why things keep failing or why the access points don’t just solely reflect the new WiFi based on the current IP address from the new router we have in the home. Honestly is there any other way to get support because I’m doing this alone and I don’t understand all these technical language. Why does Lennie customers have to go this route versus talking to someone on the phone, this is so ridiculous

Can both access points be connected to the new WiFi service? The Master has the new WiFi service but my 2nd access point has different IP address, so I think it might have old information
