New WiFi service

I have a new router with a different speed and wanted to update my ruckus with the new WiFi information but we have been unsuccessful. Is there a way to do that so the extender can launch all throughout the house?

I can’t get to the dashboard because I don’t have the correct user name or password at this point

Hello @Mogonzalez80 ,

Thank you for the response.

Please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below to login to the Ap using browser or through app.

Please follow the steps and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

This is the dashboard. It was not taking me to the registration page, so what do I do now

I see the old network which per the dashboard is listed as the master but with the new WiFi router the JayMogon would not longer be correct our new WiFi router is listed as Frontier 1651 with a new password associated with our new WiFi. How do I get that changed to the new one?

What does this mean? I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own and the responses back are taking too long and now I don’t know if I messed something up because the JayMoGon was the old WiFi information and I finally got the new one added and named it Gonvilla5 which led the AP access point disconnecting JayMoGon and then I noticed under the clients tab a signal was moderate and I did a troubleshoot and got the fail for de authentication 802.11 hoe can I get all the access points to just pick up my new WiFi which is now labeled Gonvilla5 from the dashboard
