I have a new router with a different speed and wanted to update my ruckus with the new WiFi information but we have been unsuccessful. Is there a way to do that so the extender can launch all throughout the house?

Could you please be specific on the status of the lights?

If you are unable to send pictures, please  update us on which lights is showing as Amber and green.

Also how do I get the Ruckus to use my new WiFi because it still linked to an old WiFi that no longer exists

As per the response, I understand that the light status on the Switch is normal.

Also, you have a new router and looking for assistance to manage the network.

Is anyone available to provide a private remote session with me to get my systems working properly? I’ve been responding back in this Forum and I’m not getting anywhere with whom has been trying to help me because now I’m getting no communication back since last night. This truly should not be this difficult and wish someone was available to call
