New Verizon 1Gig Router - Unleashed R510 Access Point

Hello everyone, 

We just a received a new Verizon router and we can't figure out how to reconnect our R510 ceiling access points to it. 

The app says to look for a Configure.Me wifi that doesn't show up. We also tried resetting it.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Please note, that this forum is on a best-effort support basis.

However, performing the factory reset to the Access Point is necessary here. As described in my previous post, you must unplug all the APs only keeping ONE AP connected to the Switch, and perform a factory reset on the same with all the configuration and this AP will act as a Master AP. Once it is done, you must connect the Unplugged APs back to the Switch, and the Master AP on which you performed a factory reset will transfer the configuration to all the APs.

Hello, I don't know how to do this. All of these were programmed through the walls in my house. I don't even know which plugs going into the router are Ruckus plugs?

There's no way for me to trace one ruckus back to one specific cable either?

I unplugged 2 R510's and reset the third. Still did not work. No configureme wifi option avail?

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please unplug all the cables from the Switch and keep only ONE access point connected to your Switch, press the reset button from a paper clip on the connected Access Point till it’s PWR light turns RED. Now you should see configure.me-xxxxxx Wi-Fi SSID, please connect to the same and complete the configuration on a web browser explained in the video shared in my previous link. 

Please perform a factory reset on another AP if it doesn’t work on the AP you performed.
