I purchased a used Lennar home that has ruckus installed, as well as 2 access points in the ceiling. The previous owner has their own network still; how I can a change this?
I have read through all of these posts and can still not figure it out. I know my equipment is set up correctly but just cannot connect to the AP's. Please help.

Yes, all equipment is connected properly. The lights on the access points are as follows; power is green, CTL is green, Air is off, 2.4G is amber, and 5G is amber.
