Hello,
I just switched from Xfinity to AT&T Fiber. Before the switch, the Ruckus Unleashed App had my Switch listed as well as the Access Points and the connected devices. With now being on Fiber, through the AT&T Smart Home Manager, the switch and the access points are listed as connected. However, I don't see any devices or really the network on the Ruckus Unleashed app. Do I need to do a new install on the Ruckus app since I switched ISPs?

Hello,.
I was able to login using a computer and the Master AP IP address. I am able to see the clients and Wifi.
But when i am on my phone and trying to login the Ruckus Unleasehd app, i still am met with an error even when using the log in information found on the browser.

Thank you for the response.
I understand that you are able to login to the Unleashed system using the master AP Ip address; however, unable to login to the Unleashed app.
I would request you to please try logging in to the Unleashed system using the Master AP IP address, and you would see the below dashboard.

Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please refer to the below screenshot for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.
