Just purchased a home with 2 Ruckus APs installed previously. I have ATT installed in the cabinet next to the switch. What are my next steps?

Hello @CWill3304 ,

Thank you for the response.

From the response you shared, I understand that the  RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version 200.8.10.3.278 which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.15.6.212.27 which is recently released.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version  200.15.6.212.27

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

200.9.10.4.202 is the new updated version for both APs. What is my next step? The Switch tab currently says “disconnected” as well

I am now up to 200.15.6.212.27 as requested. Now what? My switch still says disconnected

,Hello @CWill3304 ,

Thank you for the response.

Great! The Access points are upgraded to the latest recommended version now.

Also, from the previous post, I understand that you were unable to access terminal using the Switch IP address

Could you please use the same Switch  IP address to login to the web browser and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard?

You should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.

Please let us know if you are able to access the dashboard with the obtained IP address.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
