Hello,
We are losing the home internet few times a day and the only way to fix it is by restarting my Ruckus device (ICX 7150-C12P) few times a day. How can I fix it? Same thing happened few years ago and I received a new router. Not sure what to do. Please help. Thanks. Eli

Thank you for the response.
I understand that you are unable to access terminal through Telnet option.
Could you please confirm if you were able to access the GUI of the Switch using Switch IP address through the web browser?
Also, May I please know if you can arrange a Windows laptop to perform the commands?

Not sure what do you mean "Access the GUI of the switch.." When I am typing ssh admin@192.168.1.82, I am getting the attached box.
Yes, i can use my wife's Windows laptop

Thank you for the response.
Once we identify the IP address of the Switch, we could access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using a Web Browser.
Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.
Please use the default credentials that was shared in the previous post and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
