Need to reconnect wifi extender

We recently switched from XFINITY to ATT fiber and now our wifi extender isn't working. We have 1 on each floor (2 floors) and the one on seocnd floor has green solids lights. The one on the main floor has 1 solid red light. Please help me what to do next. I tried reconnecting using the ruckus app but i can't log in because it says I am not connected to unleashed settings.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please unplug/plug it once again and check if that comes to normal again. 
Also, could you please log into the Unleashed web system and share a screenshot showing it current running version? (Please refer to the below screenshot for the same)
