Need to get into the configuration of my switch

We recently had to have our modem swapped out by ATT and I cannot get into my Ruckus switch to change the network name or check any settings. Its asks for a default username and password and I have tried every combination I can think of. Any ideas on the default username and password or who can help me reset mine?

Thanks

Hey Imran,

Can you send me the link to the unleased dashboard? My system is working but I know that it needs to be updated as well as configured with my new modem from ATT

Hi @Aeluig

Thank you for the response.

I would suggest continue using the Internet via RUCKUS devices if it's working fine and there are no issues. If you experience any issues with your Lennar home RUCKUS devices in future, you could always contact us on this forum.

However, please follow to the below steps on how to access Unleashed:

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan application, by the name of Ruckus Wireless and try to access the IP Address on a web browser and you should see the Unleashed web dashboard same as the screenshot in my previous post.

Below is a link for the IP Scan application.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding

I have the exact same situation and issues. Yesterday I received the new AT&T fiber modem and now cannot get signed in to the unleashed app or via the website. I have tried all of the password combinations that didn't work for Aeluig. I even bypassed the DNS and tried to use the IP address to login directly. Same results

As this case is raised by @Aeluig

To avoid confusion with posts, you can create your own post with the problem you're facing and a detailed description of the network issue and what you've done so that we can guide you properly.

Thank you again for understanding.
