I was in contact with ruckus about a year ago with regards to my switch being stuck in router mode. Unfortunately, I do not have the hardware to access the switch so it was suggested that I get a new switch. I know I have the serial number which I didn’t have access to because of the way it was mounted. Can someone please help me with this issue? I’m not sure why we can’t speak to someone in person but if someone can call me, you can reach me at 213-725-4113. Thank you!

This issue is related to software issue and we are not replacing the unit until you confirm that the hardware is damaged.
Please try to follow the factory reset process again and please let us know.
1.Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

2. If the above step does not work we must locate the IP of the Switch using the below link.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications
3-After that we must remotely access to device, using the below guide.
Here is a quick guide how to access via CLI of the devices
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
If you can access to the Command line should look like this
ICX7150-C12 Router>
Once you are done with the above steps please let us know the results.

After that we must remotely access to device, using the below guide.

To solve this issue you must need a laptop/ PC to remotely access via CLI of the devices. So please try to get laptop / PC and follow the below link on how to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
