We need help with figuring out the username and password for the Ruckus Switch that was installed by the Builder Lennar. We were provided a username and password when we moved in but do not have it with us as it is 3 years since. We had a power failure and the Ruckus is not working and hence all the Amazon products & Wifi connected to it do not have any power. Our internet is through Spectrum and we're using the wifi through the wifi router connected directly to the Modem. Please let us know how to recover the username and password to the Ruckus so we can update it as per the process in the community.
We were provided with the Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p box when brought the new home from Lennar. Our Internet is through Spectrum and we have always been having issues with the Ruckus as many of our smart devices are connected through Ruckus. Usually when there is a power failure the Ruckus would restart in 2 to 3 days and the smart devices and wifi would work after that. With the recent power failure the Ruckus wifi is not up and also the smart devices do not power up.. Please help with this issue as we are not tech say at all
Most often the default password for access points and ICX - 7150 - C12 P are username : admin password : Lennar / username: admin password : Ruckus1 / admin: admin password : Ruckus! / username: super password : sp-admin
Note : This is sensitive to the keys so it must go with the capital letters indicated

If you want to reset the Access Point ( white box on the ceiling ) Read the following guide carefully, you must disconnect the other access points from the Ruckus Switch by disconnecting the Ethernet cable and only leaving 1 connected in which you are going to work the factory reset.
If that does not work you need to console the ICX-7150-C12P in order to preform a password recovery using a ( ( ICX 7150 -C12P ) USB type C to USB- ( PC ) cable ) or ( ( ICX 7150 C12P ) - Rj45 to USB- ( PC ) cable )
