Need assistant getting approval for a Replacement

Hi, I have been trying to order a switch/router replacement and have been stuck in a cycle.  I have had to submit 2 cases, and now both are closed.  Can anyone help me get a replacement switch?  My Ruckus will not reboot, need immediate assistance!  Been 2 days now, and I don't understand how to get a replacement.  My case numbers are: 

01863385 and 01863337.
