NOT WORKING AFTER MULTIPLE REBOOTS! ICX 7150 C12P

I needed to get my Centurylink modem replaced and now that we fixed that, my Ruckus is not working and my two AP are all off. I have the Green PWR and Amber SYST lights on. I have tried to do the factory reset MULTIPLE times and the all the lights were flashing AMBER for 12+ hours... I needed to unplug it for it to stop flashing and is now stuck on the Green PWR and Amber SYST lights on.

I have tried to follow the system reboot but the instructions are unclear and too complicated.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green, which means that the Switch is stuck in a boot mode.

As you have already mentioned that you have performed reset multiple times, please perform the software recovery process from the below article and that is the only way to fix the issue.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.
