NO POWER AFTER OUTAGE LENNAR RUCKUS ICX-12P

Hello,

I was asked to make an additional post even though I’m having the same issues as others. I’ve done all of the recommended suggestions and it’s not working. No lights on the access point or the ruckus device. It used to work and I think the power outage killed it. I have stable internet on my other devices but this isn’t working at all.

I have same issue described above , No lights on the access point or the ruckus device. i have performed several restarts but it is not working. could  you help ?

There no lights on at all like I said.
