We have tried resetting the main Ruckus router box by using the youtube videos we found. The previous homeowners used the network and we are trying to gain access to the service. Does anyone know how to reset, test, wire, or whatever is needed to be done to gain access to the network?
Its disappointing to know they do not service Lennar homes any longer. Do you know why?

Please share the LED status of the switch and the access points to check whether the devices are working properly or not.
