I am a lennar home owner with a Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p that is stuck in boot mode. I have tried factory rest with paper clip and unresponsive with syst light amber. Can I send this in for repair?

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber, which means that the Switch is stuck in a boot mode
