7510 swicth no longer working Lenar

Had power loss and switch was stuck with orange system light and none of the AP's were powered on. I did a factory reset and finally the lights turned green and i tried recovery but after reboot it boots up and while connected using putty it gets stuck at the end and very fast just repeats Please enter login name, please enter password, user login fail,  press enter key to login, User access verification. It does this very fast over and over infinitely. I tried another factory reset and get the same thing. What can i do from here? I tried pressing "b" over and over while booting to reset password but that did not work either. Please let me know, thanks

I was finally able to update the password and reload the firmware by pressing "b" after reboot. I am back up and working, thanks.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to reset and access the CLI of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using Putty.

Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports.

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please let me know the answer to the above query and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
