My ruckas system has not beeen updated since May 2021. What do I need to do to get up to day?

I have not been able to update my system since May 2021. I attempted to get in touch with Ruckas but obviously they no longer will take my calls or respond to my email request for assistance. Appreciate the help.

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. 
We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.

 

Please follow the below guide to upgrade the switch to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions primary and secondary with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin.
