No power to access points. Resetting switch and access points are not helping.

Hi @thompsonk4

Thank you for the response and the update.

You can reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) and try to IP Scan once again to access the CLI.

If you are still unable to get the IP address of the Switch, the only option left is to get console access to the Switch-

Here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.

How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P

Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P CLI or console please follow and perform the same commands and help with the outputs.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I tried doing this. When I connect with the Cisco console port with my Mac, it states permission denied

Hi @thompsonk4

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please try to get the console Access to the Switch using a Windows laptop/PC? That would be much easier.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
